Our early learning and care programs are staffed by Registered Early Childhood Educators, who follow developmentally appropriate practices to ensure your child receives the best care.

Heritage Child Care and Early Learning

Our programs offer quality early learning and care for children ages 30 months to 12 years. We offer child care in two locations at St. Rene Goupil Catholic School and Milliken Public School.

  • Ages 30 months to 12 years of age
  • Hours of operation : 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Full Day Kindergarten Extended Child Care

Operating in the St. Rene Goupil Catholic School and Milliken Public School.

  • Serves children enrolled in full day kindergarten
  • Hours of operation : 7:00 AM to 8:40 AM or 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Heritage School Age Care and Camp Programs

For children who are already in school or require day camp services, our school age care serves children ages 5-12.

  • Hours of operation : 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Heritage Home Child Care Services

Our home child care services serves children in homes located throughout Scarborough.

  • Serves children 0-12 years of age
  • Flexible hours, based on your needs
  • Ratios : 1 adult per 5 children

About Our Programs

In our program, children are encouraged to:

  • Develop their social skills by building friendships, problem solving, sharing, taking turns and to care for one another.
  • Enhance their motor skills with daily outdoor activity and provided materials to help children develop eye-hand coordination.
  • Our play based program is designed to help your child learn and develop skills for future academic success.
